Deliberately Developmental Organizations

Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey are developmental psychologists. They researched companies that facilitate vertical development of their employees in daily work. They found that personal development is inseparable from organization development, and these companies are thriving. From their research, they have distilled essential ingredients that enable this type of learning organization.
